Scrappy Bow Hearts: A Scrap busting block pattern (Copy)
In celebration of Valentine’s day, I thought I would design a fun block that can use up some of that scrap stash. We could all use more of those patterns right?!
And to show all you loyal customers and subscribers even more love, I wanted to make it free to all my newsletter subscribers! So if you are already subscribed, then have no doubt, it will arrive safely in your inbox (just make sure you check your spam folder) or maybe it already has. If you are not a subscriber as of 2/9/25 at 9:00 am EST then you can always purchase the pattern in my shop.
Bows seem to be all the rage right now, and I am here for it! I love a good bow, whether its in hair, wall art, or on a pretty package. So why not a scrap loving quilt block! I couldn’t think of anything more swoon and love worthy than a heart inspired bow for this upcoming Valentine’s Day.
This pattern is easy, quick, and uses scraps. But if you prefer a more coordinated scrap fabric look, this can also be that for you too. In my second version I used a FQ for the background and kept the fabrics for the loop, center and tails all coordinating.
Thank you to all those that currently subscribe and thank you to all those who have purchased from me previously and in the future. You all keep this small business of my running! And I hope to see some Scrappy Bow Hearts blocks soon. Be sure to tag me and use the #scrappybowhearts so I can see all your beautiful creations!
